How it works
Two steps, all in the Claude you already use, on the web or the desktop app. No new app to learn.
Add Trampoline to Claude
In Claude's Connectors, click + Add, then Add custom connector. Name it Trampoline, paste this address and click Add. Then click Connect and follow the steps on your screen. Last, click Trampoline and set its tools to Always allow, so the checkup can reach Chippy.

Claude looks at its own setup and your recent prompts, and gives you your scorecard and tips right in the chat.

Then pick a tip and Chippy does it with you, in your own Claude. Every Friday at 09:00, Chippy emails you a button to run your weekly checkup, which shows your progress. Works on any Claude plan; on Team and Enterprise, an owner adds the connector for the organisation first.

Your chats stay yours
Claude does the looking. Trampoline only gets the results.
What Trampoline receives
- Yes or no answers and counts ("memory is on", "12 chats this week")
- Names of tools and skills you have
- Short generic labels such as "market research"
- Titles and links of a few example chats, so tips point at your own work
- Scores from 0 to 2 for each prompt practice
- Which tips you tried and how it went
What never leaves your Claude
- What's in your chats and prompts
- Your files, memory and instructions
- Quotes of anything you wrote
The service refuses reports with emails, outside links or text where a score belongs. Data is hosted in the EU, and you can download or delete it at any time. Privacy policy.

What does it cost?
Nothing. Trampoline is free during early access. We will tell you before that changes.
Does Chippy read my chats?
Claude does, inside your own account, the same way it does when you ask it about an earlier chat. Chippy's instructions tell it to send Trampoline only counts, scores, generic labels and the titles of a few example chats, and Trampoline's service refuses reports with emails, outside links or text where a score belongs.
Which Claude plan do I need?
Any plan. Trampoline is a custom connector, which every Claude plan can add; the free plan allows one. On Team and Enterprise, an owner adds it for the organisation first. It works best on a paid plan, where Claude can search your past chats. Chippy only suggests features your plan includes.
Does it use my Claude usage?
Yes, some. The checkup runs in your own Claude, once a week, so it counts towards your plan's usage like any other chat.
Why do I need to sign in?
So Trampoline knows whose checkups and tips these are. You sign in with your email and a code we send you: no password to create or remember.
How do I stop?
Disconnect Trampoline in Claude or in your settings here, mute the emails, or delete your account and all its data in one step.
