Privacy policy
Trampoline helps you get more out of your AI tools. This page explains what personal data Trampoline holds, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
Trampoline is run by Poolside Ventures S.L. (company number B05370846), Barcelona, Spain, which is the controller of your personal data. Contact: chippy@trampoline.tech.
Chippy is an AI
Chippy, Trampoline's assistant, is an AI. Conversations with Chippy happen inside your own Claude, which provides the AI; the weekly emails from Chippy are written from your tips.
What stays in your Claude
What's in your chats, memory, files and instructions never leaves your Claude. Trampoline cannot read them, and the Trampoline connector only receives what Claude sends it in a tool call.
What we hold
- Account: your email address, your name if you sign in with Google or Microsoft, how you sign in, whether your email runs on Google or Microsoft, and the settings you choose.
- Checkups: what your Claude reports about its setup and how you use it: yes or no answers, counts, scores, generic labels for kinds of work, and the titles and links of a few of your chats, so tips can point at your own work. Never what is in your chats.
- Tips: your tips, what you did with them and how it went.
- Chippy in your chats: short summaries of what you asked Chippy, what it suggested and how it went. The explanations Chippy shows on its card are only held for a few minutes and never stored.
- Email: which emails we sent you and whether you opened their links.
- Usage analytics: how this website and the product are used, linked to your account.
Kinds of work that have no Trampoline template yet are also added, without any link to you, to an anonymous list we use to decide which templates to write.
Why, and on what basis
- To provide the service you signed up for: checkups, tips, Chippy's help and the weekly email (performance of our contract with you, GDPR article 6(1)(b)).
- To see what works and improve Trampoline's tips, from outcomes, Chippy summaries and usage analytics (our legitimate interest in improving the service, article 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time.
Trampoline does not track your working hours or tasks, does not score you for anyone else, and is not used to make decisions about your work, pay or employment.
Where it is kept, and who helps us
- Hosting and database: Railway, in its EU West region (Amsterdam, the Netherlands).
- Email delivery (sign-in codes and the weekly email): Resend. Sign-in codes are stored on our side only in a form that can't be read back, and deleted after a day.
- DNS: Cloudflare, which does not receive your account data.
- Usage analytics: PostHog, on its EU Cloud.
Where a provider is based outside the EU, transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long
We keep your data while you have an account. When you delete your account under Settings, we delete everything linked to you, including usage analytics. The anonymous list of kinds of work contains nothing that identifies you and is kept.
Your rights
You can see and download your data and delete your account under Settings. You can also ask us to correct your data, restrict or object to its use, or send you a copy, by emailing chippy@trampoline.tech. You can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies; usage analytics work without cookies.
