Trampoline

Draft, 24 October 2026. Not yet reviewed by a lawyer; it will be before launch.

Terms of service

The service

Trampoline, run by Poolside Ventures S.L. (company number B05370846, Barcelona, Spain), checks how you have set up your AI tools, suggests improvements and helps you make them, through a Claude connector, this website and a weekly email. Chippy, Trampoline's assistant, is an AI.

Trampoline is free during early access. We will tell you before that changes.

Your account

You sign in with your email address (a code we send you), or with Google or Microsoft where offered, and are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 and use Trampoline for your own work.

Tips are suggestions

Tips come from your checkups, Trampoline's own index of Claude's features and its playbooks. They can be wrong or out of date, and AI output can be wrong. Check a tip before you rely on it, especially anything about prices, legal or company rules. You decide what to change in your tools.

Some tips mention third-party connectors or services. Trampoline does not provide them; their own terms and prices apply.

Using Trampoline fairly

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, to reach other people's data, or to send content that our privacy policy says the connector must not receive.

Your data

Our privacy policy explains what we hold and why. You can delete your account at any time under Settings.

Changes and ending

We may change or stop parts of Trampoline, and will tell you about important changes by email. You can stop using it at any time; we may close accounts that break these terms.

Liability

Trampoline is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on a tip. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

Law

Spanish law applies, and the courts of Barcelona are competent, unless the law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live.
